MJ DePalma (pronouns she/her or they/them) serves as the Head of Multicultural & Inclusive Marketing for Microsoft Advertising; she has 24 years of business experience partnering with industries such as autos, retail, travel, pharmaceuticals, and telco. Within Microsoft Advertising, she pioneered Inclusive Marketing as something more than just multicultural marketing but rather as a universal business innovation platform, applicable in any industry or role. She is a global speaker on Inclusive Business Strategy and is recognized by the C-suite as a trusted business innovator and consultant. Often heard from CMOs leaving MJ's sessions are statements like, “I am going to completely change how I do business,” or “When most are talking D&I, you are actually showing how to make a business impact with inclusion and uncover market opportunities,” and “Genuine. Authentic. Real. Visionary.”

Venn Diagram Partners, LLC
Demetriouse Russell is CEO of Venn Diagram Partners, a global consulting collaborative that specializes in leadership development, diversity equity and inclusion, and executive coaching. Prior to founding Venn Diagram Partners, Demetriouse has served in senior-level roles in management consulting, higher education, non-profits, private equity, and commercial banking. Taken together, his common thread is helping others to achieve their goals. He serves on several boards including Harvard Business School Association of Boston, UNCF New England Leadership Council, Boston Harbor Now, The Base of Chicago, and Boston Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. He obtained his BA from Morehouse College, Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude, Rhodes Scholar Candidate. He attended the London School of Economics on a Luard Morse Fellowship. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and fraternity brothers, playing basketball, and the great outdoors.
David Rodnitzky founded 3Q in 2008, and acted as CEO until 2020. Prior to 3Q Digital, David held senior marketing roles at several Silicon Valley companies, including Rentals.com, FindLaw, Adteractive, and Mercantila. David has a BA from the University of Chicago and a JD from the University of Iowa. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, photography, rooting for the Iowa Hawkeyes, and spending time with his family, though not necessarily in that order.
